Healthcare: clinical portal

El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) has launched MEDSEEK’s eConnect™ clinical portal to expand clinical productivity, efficacy and delivery of quality patient care. Additionally, the MEDSEEK portal platform provides the health system with the foundation for a future regional health information organization (RHIO) to further extend secure clinical data exchange. The eConnect clinical portal enables the 165-bed general acute care facility to provide secure access to a single view of patient data, including history and physicals, images, laboratory results, medication lists, transcription and radiology reports—from anywhere and at anytime—to approximately 160 physicians.
