Cheesecake Factory Web Site

It was clear to Automatic that creating another traditional website was simply not enough for The Cheesecake Factory. After research and technical trials, Automatic presented the company: an ‘experiential’ website that brings the restaurant to life online. The Cheesecake Factory was founded in 1978 and has grown to over 145 restaurants with annual revenues of over $1.6 billion. American Eagle Outfitters' customer care

GSI Commerce Inc has signed a multiyear agreement with American Eagle Outfitters to continue providing customer care services for the American Eagle Outfitters, aerie, MARTIN + OSA and 77kids brands. GSI will provide additional customer care services under the expanded agreement. American Eagle Outfitters ranks No. 54 in the list of Top 500 online retailers recently published by Internet Retailer.


Kay's Gold Exchange Program

Kay Jewelers has selected Refinement Services LLC to provide online support for its Kay Gold Exchange Program. Refinement Services LLC is a developer of a specialized web-based gold-buying transaction-management platform. Kay Jewelers selected Refinement Services LLC in part because their video processing method and customer notification system supports the customer needs of functionality and transparency through the entire transaction and payment process. CapitalSource Bank has selected Open Solutions Inc.®’s The Complete Banking Solution®: DNA (TCBS: DNA), the latest release of its relational core data processing platform. Open Solutions is a provider of integrated enabling technologies for financial service providers throughout the United States, Canada and other international markets. CapitalSource Bank has $5.8 billion in assets and manages more than 100,000 accounts throughout its 22 branches in southern California. New Hampshire-based Centrix Bank selected MindBlazer’s remote deposit capture-themed video segment as an educational and marketing tool for the bank’s Web site. Remote deposit capture is one of twelve different financial topics available from MindBlazer’s MoneyMinutesTV, which offers syndicated, education-based videos for online, e-mail, direct mail and in-branch use. Remote visual inspection

GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies has won a contract to provide remote visual inspection (RVI) equipment, operator training and data management software to the U.S. Navy’s Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) inspection teams supporting the Atlantic and Pacific fleets. GE will supply XL G3 VideoProbes outfitted with Menu Driven Inspection (MDI) software to help standardize the inspection process and increase accuracy and efficiency. The U.S. Navy will deploy the equipment to large Naval bases both within the Continental U.S. and overseas. The equipment will be used to inspect steam generation and rotating power & propulsion components on all non-nuclear powered naval ships.


Rich Internet Applications

Roundarch has developed a series of Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) and dashboards for the Air Force’s logistics community with its prime contractor, Lockheed Martin. To produce the applications, Roundarch and Lockheed Martin utilize a pre-built RIA framework that developers can configure to build applications quickly at low cost and minimal risk. The RIA framework leveraged existing frameworks and custom code was developed for the applications. Looking toward the future, the applications were designed for reuse within the program and throughout the Air Force.


$1.75 million communication infrastructure upgrade

INX has been awarded a $1.75 million dollar contract from the Washington State Department of Ecology for a communication infrastructure upgrade. Washington State Department of Ecology ("Ecology") has awarded INX the contract to develop and design a new communications network. The network design is based on Cisco technology and Nexus Switches at the core to provide high-availability and redundancy to the network as well as a high level of resiliency at the edge.
