Aquilent has been selected to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) with the development of a Microsoft SharePoint-based web portal for VA’s contracting community. The portal, the Acquisition Resource Center (ARC), is based on the Epic suite of products and builds on Aquilent’s 5 years of support of VA’s Electronic Contact Management System (eCMS). As the largest civilian agency, and with one of the largest acquisition budgets in the Federal government, the VA has an extraordinary task in the contracting and procurement arena.
