Fuddruckers, established in 1980, currently operates more than 220 restaurant locations across the United States. As data theft continues to evolve and make the headlines – for example, TJX (TJ Maxx parent), Bank of New York, and Hannaford – companies are becoming more sensitive to achieving PCI compliance. PCI security standards are technical and operational requirements set by the PCI Security Standards Council to protect cardholder data.
