AccuData is to provide OSI Restaurant Partners (OSI) with a scalable, cost-effective customer and prospect database marketing solution, AccuBase. AccuBase will allow each of OSI’s individual brands to operate their CRM programs independently while offering OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC a comprehensive view of the programs across the brands. The database management program is currently being implemented in Outback Steakhouse and Bonefish Grill and could be rolled out in other brands. AccuData is based in Fort Myers, Florida.
