More projects with fewer resources

The State of California Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has selected WorkLenz to provide transparency to their IT initiatives and improve visibility across their portfolio. Using WorkLenz, the State of California will be able to identify inefficiencies, allowing them to reduce costs and save money. The adoption of PPM, along with consolidation initiatives, is designed to reduce technology costs, while producing more projects with fewer resources. Ultimately, PPM will help the state deploy new, yet more effective, IT systems. PMO Central, integrated with the WorkLenz software, provides subject matter expertise as well as serving as the steward to drive continued PPM maturity.
