DDTC and ITAR

A "Fortune 500 defense, aerospace company based in the eastern U.S." has selected software from SigmaSure to ensure the delivery of the highest quality electronics-based products. SigmaQuest is able to sell its software to military and aerospace companies as it is registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) as required by Part 122 of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Registration is required by those U.S. companies that manufacture or export defense articles or services.
